Key agenda items included transboundary glacier monitoring, shared flood early warning systems, regional renewable energy grids, and a joint fund for climate-displaced communities. Pakistan called for wealthy nations to fulfil their loss and damage commitments made at previous COP summits.<\/p>\n
The summit produced a joint declaration committing all participating nations to sharing meteorological data in real time and establishing a South Asian Climate Resilience Fund to which each country will contribute annually.<\/p>\n
